Poetry Evening Open Mic with Ellen Renton

As part of Any Woman, Anywhere campaign we held a poetry open mic, with Ellen Renton as our feature performer for International Women's Day.

Since Ellen’s first performance in 2015, she has read her work at venues including The Royal Albert Hall, Leith Theatre, the Camden Roundhouse, and the Scottish Parliament. Her writing has been featured by Young Scot and BBC Radio Scotland. She is the winner of The Time isNow Prize in association with COP 21, and is a recipient of the Time to ShineNurturing Talent Fund. She holds a Master’s in Creative Writing: Poetry from the University of East Anglia, and is a member of the spoken word theatre company In The Works.
