Staff & Volunteers

Co-directors – Rachel Adamson and Liz Ely 

Liz joined Zero Tolerance in October 2012 and Rachel joined in May 2016. Their work includes managing the staff team, overseeing all project work and leading on the organisation’s policy work and strategic development.

Campaigns and Engagement Officer - Emma Plant

Emma joined Zero Tolerance in October 2016. Her work involves working with the early years sector and the media to challenge stereotyping and help prevent violence against women and girls.

Educators and Employers Development Officer - Amy Marshall

Amy joined Zero Tolerance in November 2014 as our Educators and Employers Development Officer. Her role involves working with employers & unions to embed workplace policies which aim to prevent violence against women, as well as developing work to support schools to embed equality and challenge violence throughout school culture and practice.

Under Pressure Training Officer - Nadine Jassat

Nadine joined Zero Tolerance in June 2016. She leads on the Under Pressure train the trainer project, focusing on abuse and exploitation in young people’s relationships, in partnership with YouthLink Scotland. 

Media and Events Officer - Lydia House

Lydia joined Zero Tolerance in May 2016. She leads on the communications work of the organisation, including working with press, events, social media and managing the website. 

Project Support Intern - Lizzie Antell

Lizzie joined Zero Tolerance in May 2016. She supports the rest of the team in their project work through a variety of administrative tasks

Our colleague Laura is currently on maternity leave - we look forward to welcoming her back in 2017
