Lanarkshire Anti-Violence Against Women 2014 Youth songwriting competition

Doorway alongside the North Lanarkshire Violence Against Women Working Group has launched this new competition for young people.

The aim of the competition is to raise awareness of domestic abuse and other forms of violence that mainly affect women and children.

The competition is free and open to anyone aged 25 or under who is resident in Lanarkshire.

Prizes include:

1st Prize £200 cash plus a recording session at Chem19 Recording Studio with a professional engineer.

2nd Prize £100 cash

3rd Prize £50 cash
