Scottish Government Consultation on Regulation of Sexual Entertainment Venues

The Scottish Government is consulting on a new regulatory regime for lap-dancing clubs. Zero Tolerance response coming soon but in the meantime we’re pleased that the consultation includes a proposal that local councils can choose a zero limit on clubs in their area.
